The Service

Two scheduled visits to your plot every month. Each visit produces geotagged, timestamped photos from all corners, a 15-second video, a boundary condition check, notes on surrounding activity, and a structured report delivered to your WhatsApp or Pehra account the same day.

✓ verified answer

No. Signup asks only for your plot's location, your contact, and a recorded declaration that you own the plot or act with the owner's authority. No document uploads, no paperwork. We confirm the plot is publicly accessible, and we reserve the right to decline any watch we believe is bad-faith.

Every photo carries embedded GPS coordinates and a timestamp, displayed on the image itself. You can verify the coordinates against your plot's location on any map app. Faking this consistently across photos, video, and location pins is practically impossible — that's the point.

Our agents follow a fixed checklist: all four corners photographed, boundary walls or markers inspected for changes, any debris/materials/structures on the plot flagged, neighbouring construction noted, and a wide shot plus video pan captured. Anything different from the last visit is explicitly flagged.

✓ verified answer

Yes — on-demand inspections are $10 per visit, delivered within 48 hours of request (usually 24). Useful after storms, nearby construction news, or just peace of mind before a family decision.

We're built for plots and vacant properties. Constructed properties (locked houses, shops) can be monitored externally — gate, locks, boundary, visible condition. Interior checks aren't part of standard plans yet.

Coverage

Bahria Town Karachi (all precincts) and DHA City Karachi. More societies and cities are opening based on the waitlist — if your area isn't covered, join the waitlist and you'll be first to know.

✓ verified answer

Expansion is driven by demand. Join the waitlist with your society's name — when enough owners in one society register, we open it. Lahore is expected next.

Payments

By card or the payment link we send on WhatsApp — it accepts international cards in USD. Your bank converts at its standard rate. Annual plans get a payment link once a year; monthly plans renew automatically.

✓ verified answer

Cancel anytime — your current paid period runs to its end, and nothing renews after. Plus: if your very first report disappoints you, tell us within 7 days for a full refund, no questions asked.

✓ verified answer

Yes. If you joined in the first 100 customers at founding pricing, that rate holds for as long as your subscription stays active — even as standard pricing rises.

Privacy & Security

Founders see owner identities. Our coordinator sees plot numbers and schedules only. Field agents receive a plot number — never your name, contact, or the fact that you live overseas. Full details on the Privacy page.

✓ verified answer

Every agent is police-verified before their first visit: CNIC, character certificate, and reference checks we call ourselves. They sign confidentiality agreements, their photos are geotag-audited, and we re-verify 10% of visits randomly.

✓ verified answer

The opposite — this risk is exactly why our compartmentalization exists. No field staff ever knows a plot belongs to an overseas owner. A Pehra-watched plot also shows regular documented activity, which deters encroachment rather than inviting it.

When Something's Wrong

You get a same-day alert with full photo and video evidence — geotagged, timestamped, not a vague warning. Alongside it, our free "What you can do next" guide: how to file a society complaint yourself, what evidence to preserve, and what a legal notice involves. We don't sell lawyers or contractors — the evidence is yours, the decision is yours. We keep documenting.

✓ verified answer

We document it in detail — photos, video, geotags — and track changes visit to visit, flagging every development in your reports. Our free next-steps guide covers filing a society complaint yourself and preserving evidence. Any action you take is yours to choose; your reports serve as your record.

✓ verified answer

We document the attempt (geotagged photo at the access point), tell you why, and reschedule free. Society access issues are rare in our covered areas — it's why we launch society by society.

Account

Yes — add any number as a secondary recipient from your account or by messaging us. You stay the account owner; they receive copies.

✓ verified answer

Congratulations! Message us — we stop monitoring immediately, refund any unused full months on annual plans in good faith, and delete the plot's data on request. The new owner is welcome to start their own subscription.

Most members choose WhatsApp — reports arrive where you already live. The Pehra account adds a permanent archive: every report, photo, and video stored and downloadable. You can use both.
