No legal maze. Here's exactly what we collect, who sees it, and what we will never do — in plain English.
Last updated: 11 July 2026 · Pehra Pty Ltd, AustraliaWhen you subscribe, we collect: (a) your name, email, WhatsApp number, and country of residence; (b) your plot's location — society, precinct/sector, and plot number; (c) your declaration that you own the plot or are authorized by its owner — a statement you make at signup; we do not collect ownership documents. If you pay by card, payment is processed by our payment provider — we never see or store your full card number. We also collect the photos, videos, and notes our agents capture at your plot, which form your reports.
We use your information to: confirm your plot is publicly accessible before the first visit, and record your ownership declaration; schedule and route agent visits; deliver reports to your chosen channel (WhatsApp or your Pehra account); process payments and send receipts; respond to your questions; and notify you of anything unusual found at your plot. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not build marketing profiles.
Access inside Pehra is strictly layered. The founders are the only people who can connect a plot to its owner's identity. Our operations coordinator sees plot numbers, areas, and visit schedules — not owner names or contact details. Field agents receive only a plot number and location for each visit; they are never told the owner's name, phone number, or that the owner lives overseas. This structure exists because we understand exactly what that information could be worth to the wrong people — so no single field employee ever holds it.
Your reports are stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure with access limited to the founders. Every field agent is police-verified (CNIC, character certificate, and reference checks) and bound by a signed confidentiality agreement before their first visit. We review access logs regularly and rotate agent area assignments periodically.
We will never: sell or rent your information to anyone; share your details with property dealers, marketers, or brokers; knowingly monitor a plot against the interests of its owner — every subscription requires a recorded ownership declaration, and we reserve the right to refuse or terminate any watch we believe is made in bad faith; use your plot's photos publicly without your written permission (anonymized samples are only used with explicit consent); or contact your family or associates in Pakistan unless you have listed them as an emergency contact.
You may request a copy of all data we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, download your full report archive, or delete your account entirely. On deletion, we erase your personal information within 30 days; anonymized operational records (e.g. that a visit occurred) may be retained for accounting. To exercise any right, WhatsApp or email us — no forms, no runaround.
Our website uses minimal analytics to understand visits (pages viewed, country, device type). We do not run third-party advertising trackers on pehra.online. If we run ads on platforms like Meta, any conversion measurement follows those platforms' policies and our no-sale rule above.
Pehra provides scheduled physical inspection visits to your registered plot, capturing geotagged, timestamped photos and video, delivered as structured reports. Standard plans include two visits per calendar month. On-demand inspections are available as a paid add-on. Pehra is a monitoring and reporting service: we document conditions; we do not provide physical security, legal representation, or guarantee prevention of encroachment. If we observe something concerning, we alert you the same day with full evidence and include our free self-help guide on possible next steps. Pehra does not provide, refer, or arrange legal, security, or construction services — all actions and decisions remain entirely yours.
You declare at signup that you are the plot's owner or explicitly authorized by the owner. A false declaration is grounds for immediate termination without refund. Keep your contact channel current — reports are considered delivered when sent to your registered WhatsApp or account.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account or by messaging us; cancellation stops the next renewal — the current paid period runs to its end. Prices are in USD; your bank may apply conversion fees. Founding-member pricing remains locked for as long as the subscription stays active.
If your first report doesn't meet your expectations, tell us within 7 days of receiving it and we'll refund your first payment in full. Beyond the first report, refunds for unused full months are assessed case by case, in good faith.
Visits may occasionally shift by 1–3 days due to weather, security situations, or society access restrictions; we notify you when this happens. If a society denies entry or the plot is inaccessible, we document the attempt and reschedule at no extra cost. Pehra's liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the preceding 3 months.
